I am a humanitarian leader and youth advocate with over 10 years of experience in community development, human resources, and social leadership.

I am the Co-Founder and former Chairman of Tusmo Youth Development Organization (TYDO), a registered NGO in Mogadishu, Somalia. Under my leadership, TYDO grew from 30 to over 1,500 students and delivered over 15,000 Iftar meals across eight consecutive Ramadan seasons.

I also served as Regional Head of South and Central Somalia for IHED, a Germany-based humanitarian NGO. Currently based in Dublin, Ireland, advancing my HR expertise through an MA in Human Resource Management at the National College of Ireland.

My memoir, Help Shapes the Future: A Memoir of Service, Faith, and Transformation, chronicles my journey from distributing dates at my father's mosque at age 14 to leading one of Somalia's most active youth organisations.
